Process Five phases, one direction
Five steps.
No surprises.
The uncomfortable part is at the beginning: we ask before we promise. That makes us slower to quote and considerably faster to finish — and it is why every phase below has a condition that must be met before the next one starts.
- 01 1–2 weeks
Diagnosis
We look at the business, the users, the data, the stack and the constraints. You leave with a scope where the risks are written down, not implied.
- 02 1–3 weeks
Design
Decisions before pixels: what it must do, who operates it, what happens when it breaks and what it costs to keep alive.
- 03 4–12 weeks
Build
Short cycles that end with something working. You see progress in the product, not in a status report.
- 04 1 week
Launch
Deploy with a rollback plan, real monitoring and someone watching. Going live is a Tuesday, not an event.
- 05 Ongoing
Operate
We stay. Monitoring, backups, incidents, invoices and the next round of improvements — all visible to you in the portal.
It starts with a conversation.
No requirements document needed. Two lines about what hurts, a 30-minute call, and a written diagnosis you keep whether you hire us or not.
