The 30-second summary

#

BLOKIS (BlokisLabs, Cochabamba — Bolivia) collects only the data needed to answer enquiries, prepare proposals and operate contracted projects. We do not sell data, we do not train third-party models with it, and we respect your rights of access, rectification and erasure.

What data we receive

#

Depending on the type of interaction, we may receive:

  • Contact data: name, email, phone, company, role, message.
  • Commercial data: tax ID (NIT), registered address, billing details, payment terms.
  • Project technical data: access credentials, configuration, operational metrics, error logs.
  • Browsing data: approximate IP, browser, pages visited, time on page (only if you switch analytics on in the banner).

We do not request sensitive data (health, political opinions, religion) and we ask you not to send it unless it is strictly necessary for the project.

What we use it for

#
  • Answering enquiries and scheduling meetings.
  • Preparing commercial proposals and estimates.
  • Delivering, maintaining and operating contracted projects.
  • Meeting accounting, tax and legal obligations in Bolivia.
  • Improving the site (only with anonymous, aggregated analytics if you allow it in the banner).

Who we share it with

#

We only share data with:

  • Strictly necessary providers: hosting (Cloudflare, Hetzner, Supabase), transactional email, payment gateways (Stripe, Mercado Pago), internal support tools.
  • Professional advisers bound by confidentiality (accounting, legal).
  • Authorities where there is a valid order under Bolivian law.

Some of these providers process data abroad. We choose only those with recognised security and compliance guarantees.

How long we keep it

#

We keep data only for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for, plus the applicable legal periods:

  • Enquiries that did not convert: up to 18 months.
  • Active clients: for the duration of the relationship + tax periods.
  • Accounting records: as required by Bolivian regulation (minimum 5 years).
  • Technical backups: per each project's policy (typically 30 days).

Security and access

#

We apply standard good practice: role-based access control, strong authentication, encrypted secrets, audit logs on critical systems, least-privilege by default and backups with a defined retention. We review access when someone leaves the team.

Your rights

#

You can exercise your rights at any time:

  • Access: to know what data of yours we hold.
  • Rectification: to correct inaccurate data.
  • Erasure: to ask us to delete your data where there is no legal obligation to keep it.
  • Objection: to object to a specific use.
  • Portability: to receive your data in a standard format.
  • Withdraw consent: at any time, without retroactive effect.

To exercise them, write to privacidad@blokislabs.com. We reply within a maximum of 30 days.

Minors

#

Our services and this site are not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you spot a case, write to us and we will delete it.
